The present invention relates to an intelligent notification control system and a notification control method using the same, wherein the system determines the current state of a user by using big data of the user and sensor information of a mobile device and converts the state to an appropriate notification mode corresponding to the determination result, thereby enabling an appropriate notification control and providing the notification. According to the present invention, the intelligent notification control system comprises: a user terminal which provides the notification and the notification signal for a connection attempt in a form that can be outputted by the currently designated notification mode; and a notification control server which transfers a remote mode control command for changing the notification mode of the user terminal to the user terminal in order to change or maintain the notification mode of the user terminal.
