<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device for allowing a user to grasp a state of the radio communication device, even if a screen display function of the radio communication device does not operated. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication device 10 for performing radio communication includes a notifying unit which notifies of a state of the radio communication device 10 when an operation unit 15a is operated.
