[Class 75 (ii)] A louvred' screen 10, Fig. 1, having alternate wide transparent areas 11 and narrow translucent or light-modifying areas 12 for limiting the spread of directly transmitted light, is provided with scorings 13 transverse to the transparent areas, so as to deviate the light for the purpose of obscuring light-sources, lamp-sockets, unlighted lamps, and other objects. The scorings may be in the form of prisms, or convex or concave flutes 15, Fig. 5, and they may be formed on the louvred sheet itself or on a separate sheet 20, Fig. 3, secured to the louvred sheet 19 by a frame or by cement. The scorings may be formed by embossing under heat. |
