<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a vacuum heat insulating material, wherein the vacuum heat insulating material being easily held in a desired shape and having superior insulation performance can be manufactured in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the vacuum heat insulating material is configured such that the inside of a packaging material is decompressed while an air permeable inner bag with powder sealed is contained as a core material in the gas nonpermeable packaging material becoming an outer material of the vacuum heat insulating material, and the inner bag is sealed within the packaging material while continuing the decompression. The method is characterized in that the powder is heated and moisture contained in the powder is volatilized by carrying out compression with at least one pushing and pressing members heated during the decompression using a vacuum heat insulating material manufacturing device constituted so as to push and press the packaging material in which the core material is contained by the pair of pushing and pressing members while holding the same from both surfaces. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
