<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl top panel structure of a vehicle that can prevent wetting of the wiper drive mechanism causing neither the cost increase by the increase of the number of parts and the assembly manday nor weight increase. <P>SOLUTION: In the structure of the cowl top panel 2 of the vehicle, a cowl top panel 2 that supports the lower part of a windshield 1 disposed to the vehicle front part is disposed long in the vehicle width direction along the lower end of the windshield 1, and the wiper drive mechanism 6 of the windshield 1 is disposed at a lower side of the front end edge of the cowl top panel 2. The projection 2a extending front lower side from the front end edge is disposed at the front end edge of the cowl top panel 2, and the projection 2a is disposed upper side of a water receiving 11 of the wiper drive mechanism 6.
