<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit efflorescence and achieve a permeable concrete excellent in slipping resistance. <P>SOLUTION: This method for inhibiting efflorescence on a permeable concrete pavement comprises placing porous concrete for a permeable pavement having porosity of 15-25% on a road surface and subsequently performing carbonation curing of the upper surface of the concrete, thereby forcing carbonation of a cement matrix surface layer (including a surface layer inside a void leading to the exterior) of the porous concrete. The porous concrete suitable for target porous concrete is the one obtained by placing a kneaded product comprising water, cement, an expansive additive, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, a high-range water reducer and sepiolite. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
