摘要 Disclosed is a metal ion sterilizing apparatus including: a sterilization case wherein water to be sterilized flows; an ionization plate which is connected with a positive electrode to apply metal ions on the water, flowing in the sterilization case, to be sterilized; a negative electrode plate connected with a negative electrode corresponding to the positive electrode connected with the ionization plate; a partition which divides the inside of the sterilization case and guides the water to be sterilized; and an ultrasonic oscillator which applies ultrasonic waves on the ionization plate and the negative electrode plate to wash the ionization plate and the negative electrode. According to the present invention, the metal ion sterilizing apparatus includes the sterilization case, the ionization plate, the electrode plate, the partition, and the ultrasonic oscillator. Therefore, impurities such as scale can be removed well by the ultrasonic oscillator; impurity removal performance of the ultrasonic wave oscillator is not easily deteriorated as time passes by. Consequently, impurities can be prevented from being formed on the components of the metal ion sterilizing apparatus after use for a long period of time. Sterilization performance of the metal ion sterilizing apparatus can be prevented from being deteriorated as the metal ion sterilizing apparatus can be controlled to increase the amount of applied currents based on a degree of abrasion of the ionization plate. The metal ion sterilizing apparatus smoothly performs ionization even when continuously operated so that the water to be sterilized can be continuously sterilized. Pure ion water can be produced as a contact portion of the ionization plate is not directly exposed.
