In the present invention, disclosed is an optical sheet. More particularly, the present invention relates to an optical sheet and a liquid crystal display device module including the same, capable of solving the degradation problem of the image quality like a dark line or a bright line on a screen due to the application of a narrow bezel structure. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the liquid crystal display device module of the narrow bezel structure is implemented by dividing the optical sheet which is applied to the liquid crystal display device module of the narrow bezel structure without a support main into two or more regions and forming a different optical pattern on each region.
