The present invention relates to a method for inspecting the block of a vessel using the augmented reality technology of a mobile terminal including a camera and a display and communicating with a server via a mobile communication network. The method for inspecting the block of a vessel using augmented reality technology comprises the steps of: (a) allowing the mobile terminal to photograph an image through the camera, receive the same and identify a part (hereinafter referred to as target part); (b) allowing the mobile terminal to transmit the identification information of the target part to the server and requesting and receiving the three-dimensional model shape data of the target part and a part to be assembled to the target part (hereinafter referred to as a part to be assembled); (c) allowing the mobile terminal to display, on the display, the photographed image of the target part and the three-dimensional model shape of the target part in the alignment; (d) allowing the mobile terminal to display, on the display, the three-dimensional model shape of the part to be assembled in alignment with the three-dimensional model shape of the target part; and (e) allowing the mobile terminal to inspect whether or not each three-dimensional model shape displayed on the display matches the photographed image to determine whether or not the three-dimensional model shape is in alignment. According to the method for inspecting the block of a vessel, the complexity of an inspector aligning a three-dimensional model can be reduced greatly by aligning and contrasting actual assembled parts with the shape of the three-dimensional model. |
