The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting display device including a light-emitting region and a non-light-emitting region. The organic light-emitting display device comprises: an organic light-emitting element arranged in the light-emitting region, and including first and second electrodes and an organic light-emitting layer formed between the electrodes; a drive voltage supply line arranged in the non-light-emitting region and supplying drive voltage to the first and second electrodes; and a contact part arranged in the non-light-emitting region and being in contact with the first electrode to supply the drive voltage, which has been supplied from the drive voltage supply line, to the electrode in contact, wherein the contact part is formed as multiple layers patterned in the shape in which a second conductive layer is enveloping a first conductive layer. The present invention relates to an organic light-emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof wherein the under-cut structure of the electrode contact part in the non-light-emitting region can be minimized.
