<p>The present invention relates to a visible light communication which transmits information by flickering light of three primary colors, but with a restriction in a flickering pattern so that the light of three primary colors can be viewed as a white color to the human eye. When a source of three primary colors is used, high speed communication is possible when compared to cases using white light. The high speed communication can be provided by using a light source for illumination or a color display screen.</p> |
