<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing a required buffer capacity and shortening a total processing time in a process of imaging a subject in a plurality of batches and performing composition of acquired images. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging device has: imaging means; a buffer temporarily holding data in a region to be composed with at least an image at the other imaging position among images acquired by the imaging means until a composition process on the region is terminated; composition means performing an image composition process using the data held in the buffer; and control means controlling an imaging start timing for the imaging means so as to start writing an image acquired at a current imaging position into the buffer after the composition process on an image acquired at a previous imaging position is terminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
