<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionizing radiation-curing coating agent composition for use in forming a surface protection layer in a sheet excelling in weather resistance, scratch resistance and workability, and in a decorative sheet, and a decorative sheet formed by using the coating agent composition and having the above properties. <P>SOLUTION: The decorative sheet has at least a decorating layer, a primer layer and the surface protection layer in this order on a base material. The surface protection layer is formed by cross-linking and curing an ionizing radiation-curing resin composition containing (A) an ionizing radiation-curing resin, and (B) an ultraviolet absorber having a reactive functional group A. The (A) ionizing radiation-curing resin has a 13-25C alkyl group and an ionizing radiation-curing functional group, and is undergone a polycaprolactone modification. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
