<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device capable of more efficiently washing a washing nozzle and keeping it more sanitary. <P>SOLUTION: The sanitary washing device includes the washing nozzle having a water discharge port from which water is jetted to wash the body of a user, a casing capable of storing the washing nozzle, and a nozzle washing part for washing the washing nozzle. The nozzle washing part discharges washing water toward an external appearance face of the washing nozzle when the washing nozzle is shifted from a stored state of being stored in the casing to a moved-out state to wash the body or shifted from the moved-out state to the stored state.
