<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembly work by making a door mirror lamp, provided on a door mirror, into a compact structure. <P>SOLUTION: The door mirror lamp (1) has: a lens cover (20) comprising: translucent resin; a lamp chamber (50) in which an LED light source (31) is arranged; and a housing (10) connected to the lens cover (20). An LED mounting substrate (30), on which the LED light source (31) is mounted, and a pair of metal plates (40) for supplying power, which is formed by folding a plate-like metal board connected to the LED mounting substrate (30), are accommodated in the lamp chamber (50). The pair of metal plates (40) for supplying power come into face contact with the LED mounting substrate (30) at one end side, and a connector terminal part (43) is included at the other end side. Thereby, the door mirror lamp (1) is manufactured only by attaching a lens cover (20) after the metal plates (40) for supplying power and the LED mounting substrate (30) are assembled to the housing (10). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
