<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cruising range longer in the control of an electric vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The electric vehicle 100, which includes: a battery 11; a drive motor 13; an inverter 12; and a warning indicator 18, runs by driving the drive motor 13 with the power of the battery 11, and further includes a control unit 50 for restricting the required power of the drive motor 13 or the output power of the battery 11 and turning on or off the indication of the warning indicator 18. The control unit 50 includes: a required power restricting means for restricting the required power of the drive motor 13 when the remaining capacity (SOC) of the battery 11 is less than a predetermined capacity; an output voltage restricting means for restricting the output power of the battery 11 according to the output characteristics of the battery 11 when the remaining capacity (SOC) of the battery 11 is more than the predetermined capacity; and a warning indication means for indicating a restriction state on the warning indicator 18 when the required power of the drive motor 13 or the output of the battery 11 is restricted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
