A fluid transfer system 100 in which a transfer manifold 150 is secured to a frame 120. A base portion 122 of the frame is designed to engage with a coupling point 328 on a vessel 300, in order to support the weight of the manifold in a desired position. Attachment means 124 secured to the frame at a position removed from the base portion may be configured for engagement with a second coupling point 330 on the receiving vessel at a location removed from the first coupling point. A method of carrying out a fluid transfer using the transfer manifold supported by the frame is alos disclosed. |
