PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method for inspecting cause of damage in a simple and precise manner for a damaged part generated on a component in actual environment.SOLUTION: Provided are a protection step for applying a resin material (12) to cover a damaged part (11) generated on a component (10), a sampling step for cutting and extracting the damaged part (11), and an inspection step for analyzing the damaged part (11) while the resin material (12) is formed. The protection step can be performed before the sampling step. |
