<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metalization film capacitor in which durability is enhanced even against the stress load to a metallicon electrode without requiring any special spray coating component or processing, and sticking tendency to an external electrode can be maintained when the external electrode is connected to the metallicon electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The metalization film capacitor comprises a wound element 2 produced by winding a metalization film, and metallicon electrodes 3, 4, provided at both end surfaces of the wound element 2, formed by metal spray. The metallicon electrode 3, 4 has a flat region 8a having a flat shape in the center part of the wound element 2 including the center of winding in the electrode plane, and an inclination region 8b located on both sides of the flat region 8a in the radial direction N and having a thickness decreasing gradually from the flat region 8a toward the outer edge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
