Provided are a bispecific anti-VEGF-A/anti-Ang2 antibody, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and/or treating diseases associated with Ang2 and/or VEGF-A, comprising the same. VEGF-A which is a factor inducing angiogenesis necessary for growth of cancer cells in a cancer tissue inhibits combination with VEGF-R1 and/or VEGF-R2 which is a receptor in cells thereof, and Ang2 inhibits combination with Tie2 which is a receptor in cells thereof so that the antibody inhibits angiogenesis and metastasis in a lesion tissue (for example, cancer tissue) and is useful for diagnosis and/or treatment of diseases related to activity and/or over-generation of Ang2 and/or VEGF-A.
