<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for separating a reinforcing material, which comprises: a wedge table transferring release paper wherein a reinforcing material is attached to a predetermined angle for the release paper to be exfoliated from the reinforcing material; a vacuum table closely arranged in the wedge table and vacuum-absorbing the reinforcing material from the wedge table; and a reinforcing material push unit placed on an upper side of the wedge table and the vacuum table and pressurizing an upper surface of the reinforcing material when the reinforcing material is exfoliated from the release paper to be mounted on the vacuum table. According to the present invention, in an apparatus for separating a reinforcing material, after exfoliating the release paper attached to the reinforcing material, the reinforcing material can be accurately mounted on the vacuum table. Therefore, in an apparatus for attaching a reinforcing material on a printed circuit board, a separate device for correcting a position of a reinforcing material is unnecessary. Moreover, by using the apparatus for separating a reinforcing material, entire composition of the apparatus for attaching a reinforcing material can be simplified, and an error about operation of the apparatus for attaching a reinforcing material can be significantly reduced.</p> |
