<p>The present invention relates to a method for producing highly substituted hydroxyalkyl polysaccharide using a dry reaction. More specifically, the method comprises the steps of: spraying, as a catalyst, a saturated alkaline aqueous solution to low-moisture polysaccharide; hermetically sealing and then aging the polysaccharide; and applying alkylene oxide to the polysaccharide to perform a hydroxyalkylation reaction thereon by a dry reaction. Thus, with the simple processes, productivity can be significantly improved by a continuous reaction.</p> |
