The present invention relates to a scanner system based on a third-dimensional image, which comprises: a scanner having at least two cameras outputting image data by shooting an object to be scanned which is held in a holder and a probe receiving a signal generated from the object to be scanned while moving over the object to be scanned; a signal analyzer outputting signal analysis data by performing signal analysis processing on the basis of a signal outputted from a scanner; and a controller calculating a third-dimensional signal generation distribution on the object to be scanned to be outputted on the basis of third-dimensional image data made from image data respectively outputted from the cameras and the signal analysis data outputted from the signal analyzer.
