摘要 <p>The purpose of the invention is to fabricate a solar cell module with a plurality of cells having similar characteristics, with more ease than conventional methods. The invention achieves this objective by a method for manufacturing a solar cell module (M) and a manufacturing system therefor, wherein the solar cell module (M) is fabricated by placing a plurality of long and narrow solar cells (7) side by side in one direction, such that edge sections (7a) of the cells (7) at the long sides thereof will be superimposed. A belt-formed member (3), which has a power generation layer (18) for carrying out photoelectric conversion formed on the surface thereof, is drawn out from a reel (12) for winding the belt-formed member (3), the belt-formed member (3) is continuously cut into segments with a prescribed length to make the cells (7), and the cells (7) are sent out in the order of being cut. Then, the cells (7) are placed side by side in the order of being sent out, in the aforementioned one direction, so that a plurality of cells (7) will be placed side by side in the aforementioned one direction, and the edge sections (7a) of the cells (7) are made to be superimposed upon placing the cells (7) side by side.</p>
