A conduit suitable for sensing pressure of a fluid flowing through the conduit 4, comprises: a flow channel 16 through which fluid flows. The flow channel has a conduit wall with a plurality of further channels 18 extending through the conduit wall. Each further channel has a first end 20 spaced along and passing through the conduit wall and opening into the flow channel. The opposite ends of the further channels 22 are located closer to each other than the first ends. This is convenient for measuring the pressure in each channel. A method of installing the conduit between to pressure systems, especially in an aircraft, is disclosed. Also discloses is a method of using a digital model of the conduit and controlling an additive manufacturing apparatus to perform an additive manufacturing process to produce the conduit, as specified by the digital model, thereby producing the conduit. |
