FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: device and method may be implemented for determination of a choice between a hot version of beverage and a cold one, for ensuring opening of the first of multiple valves and closing of the second of the multiple valves for water supply into the first of multiple mixing chambers on the basis of the choice, for ensuring beverage concentrate supply into the first mixing chamber, control of water flow rate and beverage concentrate flow rate into the mixing chamber for water mixing with beverage concentrate at a controllable ratio to produce beverage and dispense beverage from the mixing chamber.EFFECT: device constructive implementation allows to produce hot or cold version of the same beverage; the water flow control device and pump for the concentrate may control the ratio of water to beverage concentrate; as a result, organoleptic properties and density may vary depending on the user's wishes.13 cl, 6 dwg |
