FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of pipelines and can be used for antirust protection of pipe weld butts with inner protective coating. This process comprises fitting of steel protective sleeve inside pipes to be jointed to make circular spaces and clearances between sleeve outer surface and inner surface of pipe weld with adjoining protective coating sections and sealing of sleeve ends over circular spaces. After sealing, circular space is filled with liquid sealant. Prior to fitting of said sleeve in, it is elastically stretched to make sleeve shape and ID comply with pipe shape and bore diameter in butt area with allowance for mounting gap there between and inner protective coating depth.EFFECT: higher reliability, longer life.8 cl, 11 dwg |
