FIELD: physics; control.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer-aided design of a process of producing metal products, which consists of a sequence of processes: obtaining a workpiece by casting, pressure shaping and heat treatment of the cast workpiece; at the beginning, testing standard samples of the material of the metal product to determine heat conductivity, heat capacity, density and deformation resistance; files of a database obtained from results of computer-aided design of the process of obtaining a cast workpiece are displayed on a monitor screen, while simultaneously displaying on the screen requirements for data imported into the computing environment for finite element analysis for computer-aided design of pressure shaping and heat treatment processes; from the database files, selecting data matching the requirements and copying said files; creating an empty file; inserting the copied data into the empty file; saving the obtained file; opening the saved file in the environment for computer-aided design of pressure shaping and heat treatment processes and, using said data, beginning computer-aided design of pressure shaping and heat treatment processes for the cast workpiece.EFFECT: high flexibility of combining computer media for finite element analysis during computer-aided design of process cycles of producing a metal product.5 dwg |
