PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition capable of forming a high-strength film having solvent resistance, high elasticity, antistatic properties and the like in addition to excellent coatability, and to provide a film forming agent containing the same, and a film.SOLUTION: A resin composition includes the following components (A) and (B): (A) a resin emulsion; (B) cellulose fibers having a number average fiber diameter of 2-150 nm, in which the cellulose has a cellulose I-type crystal structure, a hydroxyl group at the C6 position of each glucose unit in a cellulose molecule is changed to any one of an aldehyde group, ketone group and carboxyl group through selective oxidation modification, and the content of the carboxyl group is in the range of 1.2-2.5 mmol/g. |
