A pump dispenser (100) applies pressure to a liquid in a cylinder (11) by sliding a piston (2) in the cylinder (11) upwards and downwards and discharges the liquid outside from a nozzle portion (5) through circulation in the piston (2). A piston valve (20) in contact with a valve seat disposed at a liquid passage and a piston cover (30) accommodating the piston valve (20) are disposed in the piston (2). The piston valve (20) comprises: a main body portion (25); a swelling portion (26) where a part of the main body portion (25) is swelled; an upper lip portion (27a) which protrudes upwards from the swelling portion (26); and a lower lip portion (27b) which protrudes downwards from the swelling portion (26). In the pump dispenser (100), the piston valve (20) may slide along an inner wall of the piston cover (30) when tips of the upper lip portion (27a) and the lower lip portion (27b) are in contact with the inner wall of the piston cover (30). |
