<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding body which prevents the flow-out of vanish during curing by heating without passing through an extra step in a varnish impregnation treatment method of a winding body for a rotary electric machine, which is low in cost, and which has excellent insulation properties and heat dissipation. <P>SOLUTION: A varnish impregnation treatment method of a winding body for a rotary electric machine includes: a step of pre-heating the winding body 3; a vanish impregnation step having a first process in which A vanish is dropped to the pre-heated winding body 3 to impregnate it therein, and a second process following this first process in which B vanish 5 is dropped to the winding body 3 to impregnate it to therein; and a heating and curing step of curing vanish.
