<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take appropriate measures against the case where a station terminal (wireless telephone (slave unit)) is outside a service range of a base device (wireless base station device (master unit)) without substantially changing a communication system itself. <P>SOLUTION: A base device 2 determines whether a station terminal is inside its service range or not by a service area/out of service area determination unit 218. When it is determined that the station terminal is not inside the service area, a leaving request is generated by a leaving/connecting request generation unit 216 to a server device and transmitted to the server device through a LANI/F202.
