The present invention relates to an insulation film of biaxially oriented polyester and, more particularly, to a biaxially oriented-stacked polyester film in which a skin layer of a polyester resin containing a silicon dioxide inorganic particle, is stacked on at least one side of a core layer of a polyester resin containing a titanium dioxide inorganic particle. The polyester film of the present invention exhibits not only high haze and insulation characteristics but also high process performance due to low surface roughness.
