<p>Upper body exercise equipment is disclosed. The disclosed upper body exercise equipment wherein an upper body is trained by sitting on a chair and pushing a handle located on an upper portion comprises: a frame consisting of a framework of exercise equipment; a chair unit having a lower lever, a chair attached to an end of the lower lever; a weight adjustment rod, a weight adjustment frame, and a pair of idle rollers; a handle unit having a vertical support, a handle installed in a side of an upper lever, and a rope fixing unit; a pulley unit having a fixed pulley fixedly installed in an upper end of the frame; and a rope unit having a first rope, a second rope, and a rope length adjustment means installed on the first rope or the second rope to adjust a length.</p> |
