A hot and cold compress massage device 10 (e.g. for the eye region of a user) comprises (i) a main body 20 having therein an accommodating body 30 fastened to it by a fastening member, (ii) a water bag 40, (iii) a fastening plate 50, and (iv) a circulating water tank. A plurality of accommodating locations 311/312 are formed at one side of the accommodating body which allow a heat conducting member 34, a thermoelectric cooling chip 35, a heat dissipating member 36 and a first circulating pump 38 to be fastened to it. The water bag is pasted on the opposing side of the accommodating body to the accommodating locations (by the ring shaped fastening plate) and a first circulating pipe 41 is arranged to be in fluid communication with the water bag, the first circulating pump and the heat conducting member, so as to balance the temperature of water in the bag. The tank further includes a control body 70 with a control interface electrically 71 connected to a control circuit. This circuit is connected to a second circulating pump 72, the cooling member and the first circulating pump such that it can control and modify the operation of these components. A second circulating pipe (74, Fig 8) is arranged to be in fluid communication with the second circulating pump and heat dissipating member in series, so that the water in the cavity of the vessel body is flowed and circulated to make the heat dissipating member quickly dissipate heat. |
