摘要 FIELD: metallurgy, performing brazing operation.SUBSTANCE: proposed brazing alloy is composed of aluminium-based alloy that contains the following elements in wt %: Cu 6,0-9,0; Ti ? 1,0; Ni 1,0-2,0; Al making the rest. Braze solid phase temperature equals 540-545°C, while that of liquid phase 635-640°C. Prior to brazing, parts surfaces are processed to make them rough. Said brazing alloy is placed between brazed surfaces. Joint assembly is subjected to plastic deformation at pressure equal to stress not lower than brazing alloy yield point. Assembly to be brazed is heated in ambient air in furnace or subjected to local heating with holding at 645-650°C for 9-13 minutes.
