PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radio communication device, a radio communication system, a control method for the radio communication device, and a program, having been desired to enable suppressed battery electricity consumption when a battery residual quantity in the radio communication device is reduced.SOLUTION: The radio communication device includes: a first communication unit for connecting to a first radio network to perform radio communication; a second communication unit for connecting to a second radio network to perform radio communication; battery residual quantity detection means for detecting a battery residual quantity; and a control unit that suspends, based on the detection of the battery residual quantity detection means, the communication operation of at least one of the first and second communication units. |
