<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure imperviousness by certainly jointing a joint part of an impervious sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In this joint part structure 10 of the impervious sheet, an edge part 12a of an inner impervious sheet 12 is covered by a band-shaped bag part 18 formed along an edge part 16a of an outer impervious sheet 16. Furthermore, seal materials 28 are interposed between at least the band-shaped bag part 18 and the inner impervious sheet 12, the band-shaped bag part 18 and the inner impervious sheet 12 are stuck and fixed with a gap formed in the band-shaped bag part 18, and a tightly closed chamber 40 is formed by the band-shaped bag part 18, the seal materials 28, and the inner impervious sheet 12.
