<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat generation device by which efficient power generation is made to be performed when a work flowing on a conveyor is used as a heat source. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is a waste heat generation device in which a plurality of thermoelectric power generation units 3A to 3D are arranged side by side on the upper side of a conveyor 2 having a work W after hot forging as a carrying object along the work carrying direction, and the work W itself is used as a heat source. Taking into consideration the fact that the temperature of the work W is lowered as it goes to the downstream, height positions of the respective thermoelectric power generation units 3A to 3D are changed. Concretely, when the respective thermoelectric power generation units 3A to 3D are arranged, they are arranged so that their height positions are lowered stepwise from the upstream side in the work carrying direction toward the downstream side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
