<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a powder-compressed molded body in which the powder-compressed molded body can be manufactured with good productivity, to provide the powder-compressed molded body, to provide a heat-treated body, and to provide a coil component.SOLUTION: When filling a powder feeding space of a molding die 10 with metal powder, and compressing and compacting this powder to manufacture a powder-compressed molded body, an annular die 11 for forming the powder feeding space is divided in the axial direction into plural dies. Among the plural divided dies 110, 115, as the divided die 110 having an area contacting with the compressed body in an inner peripheral surface of a through hole, a die in which a release coating is applied to at least the contacting area is used. The die forming the powder feeding space consists of not one member but a combined assembly of the plural divided dies, and thereby the release coating of the contacting area can be formed well even in a case of a slender contacting area. Therefore, the divided die 110 can maintain the lubricity effect of the release coating for a longer time. By using the die 11 consisting of a combination of the plural divided dies 110, 115 like this, powder-compressed molded bodies can be manufactured in series and in large quantities.</p> |
