<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secured enough cleaning performance and drying performance in a dish washing and drying machine which uses a combined pump for washing and draining having a switching valve switching two outlets of a first outlet and a second outlet according to a rotating direction. <P>SOLUTION: The combined pump 6 is used, the pump including: (a) a positive rotation time discharge port 72a and a reverse rotation time discharge port 73a; and (b) a switching valve that occludes the reverse rotation time discharge port when being rotated in one direction, and supplies hot water for washing to a rotation washing nozzle, and discharges hot water to the outside of the machine when being rotated in a reverse direction. When the combined pump 6 is made rotate in one direction at a washing operation, and when a water level detecting means detects that a first water level is lower than a water level for washing, a leak of hot water by biting-in of a foreign matter is estimated to be generated in the switching valve 71 and the reverse rotation time discharge port 73a, the combined pump is made rotate in a reverse direction with one direction by a prescribed rotation number (a rotation number for a foreign matter removing reverse direction), and a prescribed time (an operation time for a foreign matter removing reverse direction), and the foreign matter is removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
