COOLING AND HEATING SYSTEM

Disclosed is a cooling and heating system comprising at least one heat pump unit. The heat pump unit includes: a compressor compressing a first medium; a first heat exchanger connected with the compressor and heat-exchanging the first medium with a second medium different from the first medium; a second heat exchanger connected with the first heat exchanger and heat-exchanging the first medium with the outside by circulating the first medium; a first expanding valve interposed between the first and second heat exchangers; a first bypass path having one end connected with a passage between the first heat exchanger and the first expanding valve and the other end connected with the compressor; a third heat exchanger connected with the passage between the first heat exchanger and the first expanding valve and the first bypass path; and a first electronic valve arranged between one end of the first bypass and the third heat exchanger to be selectively opened and closed according to the temperature of the first medium introduced into the compressor.
