摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a method to manufacture pottery using kaolin using a main material, capable of greatly decreasing a defective rate such as cracks or the like by increasing the bonding strength by using kaolin as a main material. A desirable embodiment of the present invention comprises: (a) a grinding step of grinding 15-25 parts by weight of loess, 35-45 parts by weight of white clay, and 35-45 parts by weight of clay into powder with respect to 100 parts by weight of kaolin; (b) a mixing step of mixing the ground powder; (c) a ripening step of ripening the mixed soil mixed in the step (b); (d) a molding and shaping step of molding and shaping the mixed soil; (e) a drying step of drying a container which has been molded and shaped; (f) a primary quality test step of screening a defective product in the drying step (e); (g) a primary calcination step of thermally processing at 900°C for 8 hours; (h) a secondary quality test step of screening a defective product generated in the primary calcination step (g); (i) a glaze treatment step of applying a glaze on the surface of the container; (j) a secondary calcination step of thermally processing the glazed container at 1200°C for 12 hours; (k) a final quality test step of testing for the appearance and strength; and (l) a packaging and shipment step.</p>
