FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used for separation of products with milder or harder consistence. The separator machine contains a drum that can be rotated round its own axis with multiple holes on the drum peripheral surface. With the help of a clamping device that includes a clamping element the product to be separated is clamped to the drum peripheral surface so that the product components having a milder consistence penetrate through the drum. For cooling of the clamping device or the clamping element, the machine is equipped with a cooling device. The clamping element has a flexible surface that operates in opposition to the drum, with cooling increasing its hardness and/or strength.EFFECT: invention ensures throughput capacity increase combined with more uniform separation.17 cl, 2 dwg |
