To improve receiving throughput of a wireless terminal and to suppress power consumption of the wireless terminal. A communication unit (1a) intermittently performs wireless communication with a wireless terminal (2). On the basis of transmission history of data transmitted in the past to the wireless terminal (2), a control unit (1b) controls periods in which the wireless communication can be performed with the wireless terminal (2) of the communication unit (1a). The communication unit (2a) intermittently performs wireless communication with a base station (1). On the basis of reception history of data received in the past from the base station (1), a control unit (2b) controls periods in which the wireless communication can be performed with the base station (1) of the communication unit (2a). |
