<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain reduction of facility cost and to produce a high-quality gas fuel in a boiler facility. <P>SOLUTION: A gasification furnace 10 for producing the gas fuel by burning/gasifying a bio-mass as a fuel and a boiler 30 for recovering heat generated by burning the gas fuel produced in the gasification furnace 10 and a fossil fuel are provided.
