<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency shutoff valve device in which a fluid control means having a small number of component parts and a simple control system is allowed easily to maintain a valve body in a full open state, to fully close the valve body in an emergency, or to check whether the valve body is normally operating, and which is thus highly reliable and is low-cost. <P>SOLUTION: The emergency shutoff valve device includes a second cylinder 10 connected to a single acting type cylinder 9, a stopper piston 22 housed in the second cylinder 10 and opposed to a piston rod 13 of the single acting type cylinder 9, a first solenoid selector valve 32 and a second solenoid selector valve 33 which are connected to the single acting cylinder 9 and the second cylinder 10 and control supply and discharge of pressure fluid to the respective cylinders. In the full open state of the valve body, a gap S is formed between the stopper piston 22 and the piston rod 13, and by discharging pressure fluid in the single acting type cylinder 9 to move the piston rod 13 in the valve closing direction by the gap S portion to be stopped, the valve body can be closed to a predetermined intermediate opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
