FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pasteurisation of homogeneous fluids. This pasteurisation is conducted in heat treatment unit equipped with rotary dispersant. Prepared fluid stock mix is placed in heat treatment unit for processing at specific mechanical power of at least 50 W per product kg to conduct pasteurisation at one, two, three or four steps. First step is performed at not over 43°C. Second step is performed at 43-85°C. Third step is performed at 85-102°C. Fourth step is performed at 102-120°C. After treatment, this product is placed in aseptic pack.EFFECT: faster process from stock loading to availability for dispensing into pack.12 cl
