FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: method and device are intended for liquid pumping and can be used in the oil-producing, petrochemical, chemical and other industries, as well as in processes relating to transportation of high-viscosity liquids and emulsions. In the method involving pre-mixing with an inert gas and heating of the mixture, before the product is supplied to the pipeline, it is treated in a disintegrator with the inert gas, and namely with waste gases of gas-turbine engines. The device includes a product heating system and a system of its mixing with the inert gas; the disintegrator, the wheels of which are connected to power takeoff shafts of the gas-turbine engines, is used for heating of the product and its mixing with the inert gas.EFFECT: reduction of hydraulic resistance at transportation of the product via the pipeline, reduction of specific costs for the transportation of the product and improvement of the quality of this product.3 cl, 1 dwg |
