FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy of aluminium-based alloys used in journal bearings. A method for obtaining an antifriction wear-resistant alloy on the basis of aluminium involves obtainment of a mixture of pure powders of aluminium and stannum, which contains 35-45 wt % stannum, formation of briquettes with porosity of 12-18%, their sintering in a noncorrosive atmosphere at the temperature of 585-615°C during 45-60 minutes with further angular pressing of a sintered alloy so that orientation of a material flow plane is maintained during plastic processing at deformation intensity of at least 100%.EFFECT: providing maximum wear resistance of an alloy at dry friction.4 dwg, 1 tbl |
